This is Dr. Alex Vargas, a proud owner and chiropractor at Más Vida Chiropractic located right in the heart of downtown Turlock. As a native of the Central Valley and a Latino male provider, he couldn’t be more grateful to bring his teachings and work back to his hometown. Holistic health and wellness has truly impacted his life in a time of adversity which lead him to a path of rediscovering who he was and paving a path towards his healing journey. Sharing his story and providing quality care to his community has been a big part of his movement as he has learned that healing happens in community. As a Stan State Alumni and having experience in college level competition, he is dedicated to contributing to the health and wellness in the valley. His purpose is to facilitate and empower communities with their freedom to express Más Vida. He invites those to step into their full expression and heal so their quality and quantity of life can expand!

Ray earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life West Chiropractic College. Before going to chiropractic school he attended CSU Stanislaus (B.A. in Kinesiology) where he was a nationally ranked 800m runner. Ray is bilingual and passionately lives his life’s mission of bringing holistic healthcare to his Spanish-speaking community and family.
